A friend sent me a link to the following two AmericaBlog.com entries, “Obama Gets It“ and ”Obama Gets It, version 2.0“, which really resonate with my perspective on Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan. This is more in line with a more nuanced policy I perceived General Wesley Clarke to be advocating in 2003 and it makes me like Obama more and more.
I could try to summarize these entries but they are short enough that I think people should just read them themselves.
Right or wrong, I sense that if we could combine Obama’s foreign policy with Edward’s domestic policy, we might have something transformative. Why is that? Why am I not hearing more about Obama’s domestic policy or Edward’s foreign policy?
